CLINICAL PHARMACY SPECIALIST, PEDIATRIC TEAM LEAD: World class health system within close proximity to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. As a vital leader in the Pediatric Pharmacy program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality patient care, promoting safety, and optimizing pharmacy operations in this renowned healthcare facility. As the Lead Pediatric Pharmacy Specialist, you will be responsible for daily operations within the Pediatric Pharmacy. You will collaborate with the health care team, ensure that the Pharmacy provides the optimal drug therapy to patients as evidenced by proper drug selection, dose, route, duration of therapy, and cost effectiveness.  Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs and enhance the quality of existing services in specialty area.  Provide oversight and monitoring of clinical and operational pharmacy initiatives and services

Additional Job Description

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree is required.  Board Certification and/or completion of a Residency program preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years pediatric pharmacy experience preferred.
